Refurbished LCD Grade A: Monitors are fully reconditioned* by our technicians and guaranteed to operate per factory specifications. LCD A stock units do not have any screen blemishes or picture imperfections. Accurate IT observes manufacturer stuck bright/dark pixel policies. Blemishes on plastic casing are possible, such as scratches, rubs, or minor scuffs (absolutely no cracks allowed).
Refurbished CRT Grade A: Monitors are fully reconditioned* by our technicians and guaranteed to operate per factory specifications. Most of the CRT inventory that Accurate IT carries is no longer in factory production and it has become near impossible to find flawless screens. Grade A- CRT monitors may have very minor thin scratches in the outer anti glare plastic coating of the screen. If present, these blemishes will not impair clarity of information on the screen and will be near corners or edges out of center viewing area. Plastic blemishing to the case from bulk storage may also be present.
Grade B: LCD Displays will have small to moderate screen blemishing and have similar reliability and functionality as Grade A product. Allowed blemishes are small scratches on the plastic protective layer over display, minor pressure mark shadowing on LCD panel, some plastic case imperfections. We always make sure that blemishes allowed on our Grade B stock are very minor and do not block visible text, or impair functionality of the product. Grade B displays are excellent cost effective solution for computer gaming, DVD viewing as well as word processing, e-mailing and other general use. Grade B LCD stock is covered by our 90 day product warranty.

Grade B CRT stock is covered by our basic 6 months product warranty.
Reconditioned: These units are off-lease, used, properly tested and detailed to the best of our abilities to look and operate per factory specifications. LCD screens may have cosmetic blemishing in the form of small scratches or pressure marks. Similarly, the cases may have mild scuffing from bulk storage, no cracks or missing plastics will be present.
NOTE: All units ship with power cords and VGA cables, however original instruction manuals are not included, unless stated otherwise in the product description. We offer downloadable versions of user guides, and other product related data when requested by the customer.
