Our approach to network design is first and foremost to listen. All too common in the IT field are pre-packaged solutions pushed on the customer without consideration for the unique requirements of each site. With our cus
tomers we reach solutions involving voice communication, data transmission and security. These resolutions are designed to be flexible, budget conscious and as transparent as possible to improve usage.
Low Voltage Cabling
The cabling services that we offer are designed to accommodate the process of adding hundreds of network drops to a single drop for a new printer that needs connected. Installing the network cable infrastructure can be done during construction of a new site or added to an existing location. We support installing Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6 and Fiber Cabling. In addition we can install patch panels and phone termination blocks. If wires are not for you we do offer setup and security testing of wireless networks.
Equipment
We offer both new and refurbished equipment for the complete technology solution. Our hardware is tested thoroughly by our technicians and is chosen for its reliability and cost savings. As with anything else we offer, customization is welcome. We carry hardware from major brands such as Cisco, Dell, HP, IBM but we have no contracts with these companies so hardware is chosen on a best fit basis.
Operating Systems Supported
We also provide setup and configuration of different network environments with support for all Windows operating systems, Linux and Mac OS X. Years of experience with both enterprise and personal environments means our team can easily scale any project to your requirements.
Dental and Medical Installations
Our experience in engineering and installing technology solutions is broad but we also specialize in medical / dental sites. We know that both dental and medical fields have specific considerations and we take these into mind when integrating equipment or services with a site. We can provide the entire IT infrastructure (computers, wiring, support, etc) for a new practice or add on to one looking to expand. We have experience with different practice management software from Dentrix to OpenDental. We can also assist in integrating dental hardware such as interoral cameras or digital x-rays.. From data and voice cabling to complete workstations we are a comprehensive center for your IT needs.
Support Services
Our support services include On-Site, Phone and Remote Online support. We know that having a qualified technician available to work with your time schedule is important and something we strive to accommodate. All of our support personal are well trained in both resolving technical issues as well as communicating with our clients.
PC Repair and Data Services
In addition to networking services we also offer repair and data services. Data backup is an integral part of any business data management system. We offer a variety of data backup solutions involving magnetic, optical and tape storage types. Whether it is an enterprise or residential customer, the ever present threat of malware is a concern. We can assist in removing and preventing occurrences so that your systems continue to operate as needed. We use a wide range of tools to ensure that the removal is complete. When upgrading older hardware or replacing a defective machine; data migration is an important tool to minimize down time and data loss. Our goal is to ensure that even during a transition data is safe and will still be available. Repairs are performed by certified technicians with years of experience in the technology repair field. Almost all repairs are done at our location including board level work so the turn around period is minimal.
