All retail sales are final. The only condition under which a refund will be issued is when an item under its warranty period cannot be repaired or replaced with a similar item. Items damaged as a result of user mistreatment will not be covered by warranty. We thoroughly inspect every returned item, and the cause of damage is at the sole discretion of Accurate IT Services. Items sold on eBay or any other retail sites have a specified warranty listed in the description. If no warranty is listed, the item is being sold “as is,” without a warranty. Accurate IT Services reserves the right to issue a full refund at any time during the warranty period. Accurate IT Services will not be responsible for loss of information stored on any item returned for service or refund.

Any returned item must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Non-defective returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All products being returned must be complete and in the original packaging. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged, in the event that any item included in the original shipment is not present in the returned shipment. Items sent for return will be immediately denied if they are improperly packed or physically damaged. Accurate IT Services will cover the shipping cost on warrantied products for the first 30 days. If item is outside of the 30-day period, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the item properly packaged and insured. Accurate IT Services will not be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment. All shipping costs for merchandise returned for a refund are the responsibility of the customer.

If a returned item was purchased with "Free Shipping," the initial shipping cost will be calculated by Accurate IT Services through the original shipping company. This cost will be deducted from the total refund amount, in addition to any subsequent return shipping costs that may have been incurred. Any non-defective returned product is still subject to a 15% restocking fee.
