Accurate IT Services Ltd. warranty includes the following items:

 |
Any retail item that is not in working order when received by the buyer |
|
|
Any retail item that ceases operating within the first 6 months of buyers' possession* |
|
Items will be returned at Accurate IT Services expense if failure occurs within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping of merchandise after the 30-day period is the customer's responsibility.
When items are returned, they will be tested to determine its condition. If the testing shows the item is not working due to failure outside of physical damage, the item will be repaired or replaced. Accurate IT Services will replace the merchandise exactly if possible. If at the time of return, however, the replacement is not available and the item is not repairable, your money, including return shipping charges, will be refunded.
We do not cover the following conditions under our warranty: buyer's inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased.
