Accurate IT Services Warranty Includes The Following Items:
- Any retail item that ceases operating within the advertised warranty period of buyers' possession. Product warranty will be displayed on the product information page as well as your invoice.
- Any retail item that is not in working order when received by the buyer.
Items will be returned at Accurate IT Services expense if failure occurs within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping cost of merchandise after the 30-day period is the customer's responsibility.
When items are returned, they will be tested to determine its condition. If the testing shows the item is not working due to failure outside of physical damage, the item will be repaired or replaced.
Accurate IT Services will replace the merchandise with an exact match, or with as similar a product as possible. If at the time of return a replacement is not available and the item is not repairable, your money will be refunded.
Accurate IT Services cannot be held accountable for any data loss on products sent back to us and as such Accurate IT recommends conducting regular data backups as well as backing data up prior to service returns.
We do not cover the following conditions under our warranty: buyer's inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased, incompatible hardware, or dissatisfaction with grade B product. Please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve any confusion on our grading scale.
